Maryland-based tech giant, AiNET, has been awarded the Consulting and Technical Services II master contract to provide IT consulting and technical services to support County wide efforts to modernize, improve and enhance technology experiences.

WASHINGTON, DC – June 20th, 2016 – AiNET® announced that the company has been awarded Master Contractor status on the CATS II contract vehicle to provide consulting and IT services to Prince George’s County, Maryland. AiNET will help Prince George’s County to control costs and reduce the complexity of their IT ecosystem by consolidating services under a comprehensive framework supported by AiNET technology infrastructure.

AiNET’s successful track record with the County and other public sector groups helps ensure high quality outcomes for the County. AiNET has a reputation for getting projects completed on time and on budget.

AiNET’s methodology, based on analysis and reducing complexity, will allow the County unprecedented ease of managing large and complex amounts of data, as well as data storage and connectivity. By having a single vendor responsible for the maintenance and performance of multiple systems and processes, the County reduces down-time by eliminating gaps where responsibility for the system is split between multiple vendors.

“We are extremely pleased to be deepening our engagement with Prince George’s County,” says AiNET founder and CEO Deepak Jain. “We have infrastructure, including two data centers and hundreds of miles fiber optic network, here in the County. We create jobs for Prince George’s County residents and have made huge investments in the infrastructure that County residents rely on every day for their critical systems. It is nice to see this contract go to a local firm, one with a global footprint, that cares deeply about the County and its residents.”

AiNET hopes other local counties and governments notice Prince George’s County’s approach. “We’re glad to help the area continue to grow and prosper. Maryland has a burgeoning IT industry, with a promising future. By supporting great outcomes, the County is creating jobs and infrastructure in Maryland. ” says Jain.
