AiNET Releases Additional Models of the AiNET PETA10® SAN Solution
Models Expand Scale and Storage Capabilities to Thousands of Racks
BELTSVILLE, MD – June 16, 2011 – AiNET, LLC (AiNET) announced today that it has released additional models for its Peta10 SAN Solution. The Peta10 is an extremely flexible SAN Solution. A single rack can provide over 1 Petabyte (1,000 TB) of fault-tolerant storage and, with models announced today, the Peta10 can scale to address virtually any storage requirement.
“There’s no foreseeable limit to the demand for storage, which is why we addressed the Peta10’s expandability,” said Deepak Jain, AiNET President. “We have implemented this technology in AiNET’s SAN Storage Solution offering.”
The Peta10 is an open standards-based platform (ZFS, Lustre, iSCSI, NFS, GFS, etc). It is a high performance, fault tolerant system built to support for millions of petabytes and beyond. More information on it can be found on the AiNET website.
