Standing seven stories high, and across the street from Baltimore’s historic Lexington Market, rows of tenant work vans and trucks often overflow the parking lot behind the building. Remarking on the recent Windstream Communications contract that has the national telecom firm expanding its footprint to 17,000 square feet within the data center, Fisher says, “It’s a good year to be in the data center business.”
