Account Executive II

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Beltsville, MD

Pay Range: DOE Base + Commission

Schedule: M-F Flexed

Clearance Status: Must be able to obtain security clearance


The ideal candidate is a high-energy, driven, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The candidate will work directly with the VP of Sales. 2 years of outside sales experience preferred. The candidate is responsible for identifying leads, educating prospects on services, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the tech industry, access controls, security cameras, telecommunications, and/or data centers.


  • Responsible for business development and selling AiNET and its respective companies’ services/products/solutions
  • Independently identify, generate, and capture sales leads and partnerships
  • Build customer relationships and manage client accounts
  • Meet and communicate directly with sales prospects and customers via phone, teleconference, email, etc. throughout sales cycle
  • Develop a plan of success that will help reach your monthly quota goals
  • Input and maintain customer and sales information in sales database
  • Prepare and support sales/business presentations and meetings
  • Other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2 years outside sales + 3 years other sales experience
